Abstract Influence of heat treatment times at temperatur e of 1100℃ on the characteristics of NiCrAlY-ZrO2 interface and distributio n of elements was studied in thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) consisting of bond coat deposited by low pressure plasma spray (LPPS) and top coat deposited by ai r plasma spray (APS ) in this paper.
