摘要: 利用电化学方法以及扫描电镜(SEM)、扫描隧道显微镜(STM) 技术等,研究了添加Al对离子镀TiN薄膜涂层在05 mol/L NaCl和1 mol/L H2SO4溶液 中的保护性能和失效机制的影响,发现铝的添加使TiN涂层在中性和酸性溶液中的耐蚀性能 明显改善.Al元素对TiN涂层具有自修复作用.

Abstract:The effect of Al addition on the corrosion properti es of TiN coating was studied by electrochemical methods and surface analysis su ch as SEM and STM.It has been revealed that the structure of TiN coating has bee n changed from cylinder crystal to the crystal in nanometer.The corrosion proper ty of TiN and (Ti,Al)N coatings are different.The general corrosion occurred on (Ti,Al)N coating in acid and salt solution,however,the corrosion behavior of TiN coating is similar to pit corrosion.The corrosion resistance of (Ti,Al)N has be en improved for the self-repaired function of the (Ti,Al)N coating.The catal ytic process under the (Ti,Al)N coating is not as serous as that under TiN co ating.
