摘要: 研究了中间层采用低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)和外层采用大 气等离子喷涂(APS)的热障涂层(TBC),经1100℃热处理,NiCrAlY-ZrO2界面的特性和元素 的分布随时间的变化规律.

Abstract:Influence of heat treatment times at temperatur e of 1100℃ on the characteristics of NiCrAlY-ZrO2 interface and distributio n of elements was studied in thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) consisting of bond coat deposited by low pressure plasma spray (LPPS) and top coat deposited by ai r plasma spray (APS ) in this paper.
