摘要: 采用电化学方法,研究了在800℃,(Na,K)_2SO_4+NaCl混合熔盐中,添加Nd、La、Ce的氯化物对HK4O合金腐蚀性能的影响。进行了自腐蚀电位的测试,极化阻力和腐蚀电流密度的计算,不同恒电位下的极化试验以及腐蚀产物的检测与分析。所得结果表明:CeCl_3能以含铈氧化物形式沉淀在合金表面,促进形成相对稳定的富铬氧化膜,降低合金的腐蚀速度。
Abstract:The effect of CeCl_3 additon to bulk melt 75wt% Na_2SO_4+25wt% NaCl on the hot corrosion behavior of alloy HK40 at 800℃ was investigated by electrochemical methods. The free corrosion potential, the polarization resistance and the corrosion current density were measured and calculated. Potentionstatie polarization tests at EAg=812mV and at EAg=-588mV were carried out. The corrosion product mophology was examined. The results show that the addition of 5wt% CeC1_3 greatly decreased the corrosion rate, changed the morphology of corrosion products,and significantly improved hot corrosion resistance of alloy HK40,due to precipitation of cerium oxide on the surface as a promotor for the formation of protective Cr-rich oxide.
