摘要: <正> 一、前言明确阳极溶解和氢脆在裂纹扩展中的作用是认识环境敏惑开裂机制的关键。裂纹尖端为局部高应变状态,微区内交换电流密度大大高于周围基体,但目前尚无方法对裂纹尖端腐蚀电流密度进行直接测定。为此,本工作采用了一种摸拟方法,通过测量加载过程中阳极溶解电流与应变及应变速率的关系,并结合裂纹扩展中裂纹尖端应变场的有限元分析,对裂纹尖端阳极电流密度和因阳极溶解导致的裂纹扩展速率增量进行计算,得到了很好的结果。
Abstract:A research technique was developed to investigate the variation of anodic current density in aqueous environment,The theoretical analysis testified that the anodic current depended on the strain and strain rate for a regular material-environment,Testing results revealed that the anodic current density of 15Mn steel wire increased with increasing strain and strain rate.Moreover fihe increment of corrosion fatigue crack growth rate induced by anodic dissolution was computed to deter- mine the corrosion fatigue mechanism of mild steels in aqueous environ- ments,The calculation proved that in the early stage of crack growth the anodic dissolution had notable influence on crack growth and the corrosion fatigue mechanism was dissolution-assisted-fatigue,In the second stage of crack growth,the corrosion fatigue mechanism transf- ered to hydrogen-assisted-cracking.
