摘要: 研究了熔盐成份对镍基高温合金上渗铝和渗铬层抗热腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在硫酸盐中,渗铬层具有良好的抗热腐蚀性能,而渗铝层的抗热腐蚀性能则与基体合金的成份有关。在硫酸盐中加入氯化钠对渗铬层的抗热蚀蚀性能影响很大,但对渗铝层的影响较小。在以氯化物为主的熔盐中,两者都不能提供有效的防护作用。
Abstract:The effects of chemistry of molten salts on hot-corrosion resistance of aluminized and chromized coatings on superalloys have been investigated. The results showed that in molten sulphate, chromized coating had good hot-corrosion resistance, but the resistance of aluminized coating was dependent upon the substrate alloy. The higher the chromium content in substrate, the longer the corrosion incubation of the aluminized coating. It was found that NaC1 severely decreased the hot-corrosion resistance of chromized coating but had little influence on aluminized coating In molten salts consisting mainly of NaCl the two coatings could not provide satisfactory protection against hot corrosion for Ni-base superalloys.
