Abstract A rotating ring-disk electrode with demountable and interchangeable disk was designed.Collection efficiency was investigated with the reac- tion Fe(CN)_6~(3-)+e~Fe(CN)_6~(4-) to ensure the reliability of the electrode. With no electrolyte leakage this construction can be used in electroche- mical corrosion experiments with many materials.
