摘要: 研究了金属间化合物Ni3Al基合金的抗氧化、抗硫化性能. 结果表明,Ni3Al基合金在劣质煤燃烧的高温环境下,具有良好的抗硫腐蚀性能,是耐热 钢2520合金的3.6倍,是一种极具应用前景的高温耐硫蚀新材料.

Abstract:The sulphation and oxidation corrosion resista nce of Ni3Al-based intermetallics has been investigated in this paper.In burning environment of inferior quality coal,Ni3Al-based alloy provided excellent prot ection against sulphation corrosion.Its properties of sulphation resistance is o ver 3.6 times that of 2520 heat resistant alloy,this is excellent commercial mat erial of sulphation corrosion resistance at high temperature. 
