EFFECTS OF IMPLANTATION OF Cr, Dy AND Yb-IONS ON CORROSION BEHAVIOUR OF PURE IRON, LOW CARBON STEEL AND STAINLESS STEEL

摘要: 将Cr~(2+)、Dy~(2+)离子注入到DT-4纯铁和45号钢,Yb~(2+)注入到DT-4纯铁,Dy~(2+)注入到1Cr18Ni9Ti表层。用俄歇谱仪测量了注入元素的深度分布。用动电位三向扫描法研究了注有Cr~(2+)和Dy~(2+)的试样在NaAc/HAc溶液中的阳极极化行为。结果表明,离子注入显著提高了材料的耐蚀性。
Abstract:Cr, Dy-ions are implanted into pure iron and low carbon steel, Yb-ions into pure iron and Dy ions into stainless steel respectively. Auger electron spectra show the profiles of implanted species. The corrosion behaviour of the specimens is studied in NaAc/HAc solution by means of dynamic potential three sweep methods. It is found that the corrosion resistance of the materials is significantly enhanced by above mentioned ion implantation.
