摘要: 化学镀NiCOB合金对人造金刚石抗氧化的影响关长斌,周振君,于金库(燕山大学秦皇岛066004)人造金刚石由石墨十触媒合金在高温超高压下合成,因此是一种亚稳相,耐热性差。在空气中加热到700℃以上就会明显氧化和石墨化,使强度降低,影响应用。如制作磨具时,使热压烧结温度和焊接温度都受到限制。为了提高人造金刚石的氧化性能,目前国内外都采用镀单一的金属层,如镀Ni,Cu或Ti等[1~3],但效果均?...
Abstract:The effect of electroless plated NiCoB alloy in the presence of electromagnetic field on the oxidation resistance of sythetic diamond was investigated by DTA, TGA, XRD and SEM. The results showed that a uniform and compact NiCoB coating could be formed on diamond surface by the technique.The coating raised the oxidation starting temperature of the diamond, therefore its resistance to oxidation was notably improved and the strength loss after oxidation at 900~10000170 was reduced.
