摘要: Ｔｉ－２４Ａｌ－１１Ｎｂ腐蚀疲劳断口形貌的研究张跃，褚武扬，王燕斌，肖纪美（北京科技大学北京１０００８３）１引言对Ｔｉ－２４ＡＩ－１１Ｎｂ合金的断裂特征和断口形貌已进行了较多的研究［“］．在３００ｏＣ的氢气中该合金能发生氢致开裂，其断口形貌与过载断口无明显差别Ｉ’］．在水溶液中应力腐蚀时，其断口形貌也与过载断口相似Ｉ‘］。我们最近的工作表明，Ｔｉ－２４ＡＩ－１１Ｎｂ合金单边缺口试样在室温动态?...

Abstract：The fractoraphy of fatigue in air, in methanol or during dynamic hydrogen charging for the Ti-24Al-11Nb alloy was studied. The results showed that both hydrogen and methanol could promote fatigueof the alloy. The △K(th) decreases and the da/dn increases in the followins order: in air, in methanol,dynamic hydrogen charging medium. The prisms appeared on the fracture surface of corrosion fatigueduring dynamic charging indicated that hydrogen induced cleavage occurs along the base plane (0001)and prism planes {0110}. Some small dimples and some secondary microcracks of 3~6 μm in length onthe hydrogen induced cleaVage planes suggested that the cleavage cracks nucleated preferentially in α2platelets.
