摘要: <正> 一、引言 传统的缓蚀剂及润滑添加剂等在腐蚀磨损环境中是否仍然有效一直是人们关心的问题。45钢在添加K_2Cr_2O_7、(CH_2)_6N_4或IMC-5缓蚀剂和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDBS)润滑添加剂的稀H_2SO_4或NaCI溶液中,其磨损失重与载荷或摩擦速度的关系表明这些添加剂对抑制材料的流
Abstract:The relationship between friction coefficient and potential, the polarization curves during sliding and the change of potential with sliding speed of 1045 steel were determined in dilute H_2SO_4 or NaCl solution with various types of additives such as K_2Cr_2O_7, SDBS, IMC-5 (trade name of an inhibitor with salt of quaternary amine as main component)and (CH_2)_6N_4 by means of a pin on disc device. The recovery rate of surface film formed by additive during sliding was measured by a transient corrosive wear device. Experimental results show that the ability of the additives to control corrosive wear is dependent on the antifriction behavior,the corrosive inhibition,the load carrying capacity and the recovery rate of surface film.
