摘要: 研究了FeNicrPB非晶合金在含有不同浓度的氯离子的酸性介质中的阳极极化行为,分析了其阳极钝化膜的化学组成。结果表明,该非晶合金对孔蚀不敏感,保护电位极正,其原因在于合金表面所形成的阳极钝化膜是多层结构:外表而吸附氧,内层则依次由铬、铁的含水氧化物、氧化物及磷酸盐组成。
Abstract:The anodic polarization behaviour of FeNiCrPB amorphous alloy in acidic Cl~- containing solutions is studied, The results show that the alloy is insusceptible to pitting and its protection potentials are very noble. These properties are attributed to the anodic passive film which has a multilayer structure. It is shown by XPS analysis that a considetable amount of oxygen is adsorbed on the outer surface of the passive film and its inside layer consists of phosphate, hydroxides and oxides of chromium and iron.
