“协调EDTA洗炉”新法的研究

摘要: 高温下固体铁垢(Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_3、FeO)—与 EDTA 溶液的反应,不仅是一个络合反应,同时还伴随酸碱反应。控制适当的条件,可以使反应体系随垢的不断洗脱溶解,pH 值自动上升.实现了洗炉液从弱酸性开始,弱碱性钝化 pH 结束的洗垢、钝化一步完成新技术,称之为“协调 EDTA 洗炉”新法。此法具有工艺及系统简单、操作方便、用水量少、工期短、对环境污染小等优点。
Abstract:The reaction of boiler scale with EDTA aqueous solution under elevated temperature is a complex reaction,but is an acid-base reaction as well. By controlling appropriate conditions,the pH value of the cleaning liquid may automatically rise,from weakly acidic to weakly basic state for the descaling of scale.A new technique called coordinated EDTA cleaning of boiler has been worked out which completes boiler cleaning and inactivation in one step. This technique for boiler cleaning has the following advantages: (1)the cleaning system is simple and more convenient to control, (2)there is less water consumed,(3)it shortens cleaning time, (4)pollution is minimized.
