锌电镀层中的晶体取向

摘要: 利用X射线衍射技术,研究了由五种不同电镀槽液所获得的镀锌层中品体的取向。结果可分为两种类型:密排面平行表面沉积和密排面垂直表面沉积。后者还包括密排面及密排方向之一均与表面完全垂直类型。而密排面平行表面沉积的耐蚀性最好。
Abstract:Crystallographic orientation of electrodeposited zinc in five different electrolytes were studied by means of X-ray diffraction technique. According to the relationship between the most close-packed planes and surface of deposit layer, these deposits can be classified into two types, the parallel and the perpendicular. The parallel type of deposits is more preferable for improved corrosion resistance.
