摘要: 海上油气生产压力容器定量风险评估有利于控制风险、优化设计、降低生产成本、指导缓解风险措施的实施和制定检验周期与计划。基于API 581,结合压力容器现场所处环境和对应腐蚀机理,采用定量分析方法对压力容器各类损伤系数、失效概率和失效后果进行分析与计算。同时结合制定的风险可接受准则,对压力容器风险等级进行高低划分,针对风险高的设备及组件,结合其各类损伤系数和失效后果,制定针对性的未来检验周期、检验计划、检验措施和相关后果监控措施。研究结果能实现对压力容器及组件的风险准确定量评估,并针对风险制定相应检验周期和检验计划。此方法对合理分配现场检验人力、财力和控制平台安全生产具有重要意义。且该方法已成功应用于中国海域FPSO,可供其他工程借鉴参考。

Abstract:Quantitative risk assessment of pressure vessels for offshore oil and gas production is beneficial for controlling risks, optimizing design, reducing production costs, guiding the implementation of risk mitigation measures and formulating inspection cycles and inspection plans. Based on API 581, combined with the field environment and relevant corrosion mechanism of pressure vessel, a quantitative analysis method has been adopted to analyze and calculate various damage coefficient, probability and consequence of failure of the pressure vessel. The risk grade of the pressure vessel has been divided in accordance with the established risk acceptance criteria. For high-risk vessels and components, combined with their various damage factors and failure consequences, formulated targeted future inspection cycle, inspection plan, inspection measures and consequence monitoring measures. The research results can accurately and quantitatively evaluate the risks of pressure vessels, and formulate corresponding inspection cycles and inspection plans for the risks. This method is of great significance to the reasonable allocation of human and financial resources for on-site inspection and the safe production of the control platform. This method has been successfully applied to FPSO in China's seas and can be used as a reference for other projects.
