镀锌(合金)钢板无/低铬钝化技术研究状况

摘要:  综述了国内外替代镀锌(合金)钢板铬酸盐钝化工艺的多种无/低铬钝化技术及当前研究状况.

Abstract:A REVIEW OF CHROMATE-FREE PASSIVATION TREATMENTS FOR ZINC OR ZINC ALLOY GALVANIZED-STEEL QIAN Yu-hai,DAI Yi-gang,CHEN Hong-xing,HU Fan Baoshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd.,Technology Center Chromate conversion coatings produce a good corrosion resistance on Zinc.However,because of the toxicity of chromate,the pressure to move away from passivation processes based on chromate is becoming ever more intense.Selection of alternatives to hexavalent chromium is of prime importance.The chromate-free passivation technique and its development on Zinc or zinc alloy galvanized-steel is reviewed. Zinc or Zinc alloy coated steel; chromate-free passivation; review
