摘要: 设计制作了能对水下大型钢铁构筑物直接测试的小孔限流型 腐蚀传感器,讨论了影响其测试面积的结构因素,设计了相应的测试仪器,并成功地在塘沽 集装箱码头泊位裸露钢管桩上进行了现场测试.

Abstract:An electrochemical sensor constraining the measurin g current through a pinhole for directly monitoring/detecting corrosion of marin e steel construction was designed and made.Props with powerful magnetic magnet a nd a retractable tentacle were employed to fix on the surface of ferromagnetism metal material such as iron and steel and to ensure the electricity contact.The influence of structure parameters on its measurement area were discussed.A set o f instrument fitting field measurement,based on the control of singlechip comp uter was designed and made.The field measurements on bare steel tubular stakes o f No.27 container berth in Tanggu were successfully conducted,and the suitabilit y of the designed system in the circumstance of field corrosion monitoring/detec ting was proved.
