铝划伤表面外逸电子发射及其初始氧化

摘要: 新鲜裸露金属表面外逸电子发射与金属初始氧化,是同一个过程。外逸电子发射状况直接与氧化层单层的形成相联系。由此,通过在常温低压下铝划伤表面外逸电子发射衰减,讨论了划伤铝初始氧化的动力学过程。新鲜裸露铝的氧化,起先服从抛物线生长律,随后为倒对数生长律。
Abstract:The exoeleetron emission of freshly exposed metal surface arid its initial oxidation are one simultaneous process. The status of the exoeleetron emission is directly connected with the formation of monolayer of oxide. Therefore the oxidation kinetics of scratched aluminum is associated with the exoelectron emission decay of the scratched surface under ordinary temperature and reduced Pressure. The oxidation of freshly exposed aluminum surface obeys the parabolic growth law at the begining, and then shifts to a logarithmic relationship after a few minutes.
