摘要: 在不同转化度的热钾碱(热的碳酸钾)溶液中,用旋转电极测定了碳钢的阳极极化曲线和钒酸盐的临界致钝浓度。讨论了碳钢钝化的特点;钒酸盐临界致钝浓度与碳酸钾转化度的关系;钒酸盐与锑盐的协同作用;从理论上对热钾碱脱碳系统碳钢设备的预钝化工艺提出了建议。
Abstract:The anodic polarization curves of mild steel and the critical passivation concentrations of vanadate inhibitor in hot potassium carbonate solutions with various conversion degrees are determined by rotating disk electrode in stable hydrodynamic conditions. The dependence of critical passivation concentration of vanadate on the conversion degree of K_2CO_3 is discussed. The synergistic effect of vanadate and antimonyl potassium tartrate in the passivation step of mild steel in hotpotassium carbonate solutions is studied. Some proposals about prepassivation of mild steel equipments in hot potassium carbonate CO_2-stripping systems are suggested.
