Al含量对AFA钢耐铅铋腐蚀性能的影响

摘要: 为提高奥氏体不锈钢耐液态铅铋合金腐蚀性能,本文对不同Al含量的AFA钢进行预氧化处理,并开展了最长达10000 h 的600℃饱和氧液态铅铋腐蚀实验,探究其在高温液态铅铋环境中的腐蚀行为。通过观察腐蚀样品的表面和截面形貌,对不同Al含量合金的氧化层结构和成分进行了分析。结果表明,AFA钢的耐铅铋腐蚀性能随Al(3.5~4.5wt.%)含量的增加而增强,且4.5Al合金Al2O3氧化膜的破损比例不高于20%,表现出优异的耐腐蚀性能。由于Al2O3膜的薄弱区在长期腐蚀过程中产生微观缺陷和表面NbC被氧化为Nb2O5,使其四周Al2O3膜产生的微裂纹,为元素扩散提供了快速通道,使合金发生局部内氧化现象。

Abstract:To enhance the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel against liquid lead-bismuth alloy, this paper conducted pre-oxidation treatment on AFA steel with different Al contents and carried out corrosion experiments at 600°C in saturated oxygen liquid lead-bismuth for up to 10,000 h to explore its corrosion behavior in a high-temperature liquid lead-bismuth environment. By observing the surface and cross-sectional morphology of the corroded samples, the structure and composition of the oxide layers of alloys with different Al contents were analyzed. The results show that the lead-bismuth corrosion resistance of AFA steel increases with the increase of Al content (3.5~4.5wt.%), and the damage ratio of the Al2O3 oxide film of the 4.5Al alloy is no more than 20%, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance. Due to the formation of microscopic defects in the weak areas of the Al2O3 film during long-term corrosion and the oxidation of surface NbC to Nb2O5, microcracks are generated in the surrounding Al2O3 film, providing a rapid channel for element diffusion and causing local internal oxidation of the alloy.
