摘要: 本文作者研究了不锈钢在98%和93%硫酸中的阳极过程,保护参数和Pt参比电极的性能。研制了SNW-2阴极材料。设计、制造国内首台阳极保护酸冷却器。工业运行试验结果表明:阳极保护参数稳定、保护效果好、结构可靠、热交换效率高。
Abstract:Anodic protection is a useful method to prevent metals from corrosion. The anodic process protective parameters, properties of Pt reference electrode and cathodic material SNW-2 have been studied in 93 wt% and 98 wt% sulfuric acid solutions. An anodic protection cooler for sulfuric acid production has been designed and fabricated. Results of the pilot plant experiments show that the cooler works satisfactorily with stable protective parameters and high heat-exchange efficiency.
