MoSi_2扩散层的生长织构和体扩散过程

摘要: 本文用 X 射线衍射及金相方法研究了金属 Mo 渗 Si 所产生 MOSi_2扩散层的生长织构和体扩散过程。研究表明:MoSi_2具有〈110〉平行于柱状晶长轴方向的纤维织构,扩散方向与纤维轴平行。Si 原子净体扩散流方向沿[113]及[113]周期交替呈折线形,表观方向为〈110〉。它的扩散特性是引起原生裂纹的主要原因.
Abstract:In this paper,the growth texture and the volume diffusion process of MoSi_2 produced in siliconizing of Mo metal have been studied by the method of x-ray diffraction and metallographic examination.The results show that MoSi_2 comprises cylindrical grains with<110>fibre texture,and that the tex- ture axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis of cylinder and to the direction of diffusion.The direction of the net volume diffusion current of Si atoms changes alternatively along[113]and [113]in a zigzag way with the appa- rent direction as<110>_o The formation of MoSi_2 primary cracks is in accord with the characteristics of diffusion.
