摘要: 采用线性极化技术对几种不同用途的耐海水腐蚀低合金新钢种进行了测量和评选。讨论了化学成分、工艺因素和热处理条件对腐蚀性能的影响。线性极化技术的测量结果与外海挂片数据有良好的相关性。试验结果表明,局部腐蚀指数δ可以作为定性评定低合金钢/海水体系局部腐蚀性能的一种方法。
Abstract:The linear Polarization technique was adopted to determine the corrosion resistance of several low-alloy steels in sea water.The influences of chemi- cal composition,technological factors and heat treatment conditions of steels on corrosion resistance were studied.The laboratory measured results agreed fairly well with the results of exposure tests in sea.It was shown that the localized corrosion index δ may be used to evaluate the resistance to localized corrosion of low-alloy steels in sea water.
